Our client is a multi-asset fund manager that handles private equity and other investments.
Responsibilities will include:
Participating in financial activities for both investment funds and the management company
Engaging in analytical projects such as valuations, public comparable analyses, and liquidation waterfalls
Overseeing the collection of data from portfolio companies
Collaborating with limited partners (LPs) and supporting the investor relations team
Contributing to the automation of various processes
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (or equivalent) preferred
Required: 4-6+ years of in-house fund accounting experience at venture capital/private equity/private credit firm, or professional experience in audit group at a public accounting firm or fund admin services firm.
