Description
Innovative mid-sized law firm located in Irvine; California is growing! This firm is seeking a success-driven legal assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team. The legal assistant will support three accomplished attorneys specializing in business and construction litigation and will be responsible for case management, calendaring litigation dates and deadlines, formatting legal documents, electronic filings in state courts, document management and trial preparation.

Requirements
Able to manage time well
Prowess in database management
Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
3+ years of prior relevant experience
Knowledgeable in local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures
Civil litigation experience required
Court Filings experience preferred
Proficiency in Calendar Management
Prior experience with legal correspondence and court filing is a plus
Sound written and verbal communication skills
