Robert Half Web Developer in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Description We are seeking a Web Developer to join our team in SANTA FE, New Mexico. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of our website, managing a multitude of tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. You will be expected to collaborate with various teams to produce, promote, and disseminate high-quality content in alignment with the company's brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage webspace, assisting the marketing team in producing, promoting, and disseminating high-quality content
• Maintain website updates, including routine articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts
• Work closely with the marketing, classified, and Digital enterprise team to ensure content alignment with company messaging
• Edit webpages using HTML and CSS, primarily through BLOX CMS
• Maintain work and archives on the production server
• Attend company events as needed, assisting in the setup and teardown of booths/tents
• Follow established workflows for all work produced
• Collaborate with staff across departments under fast-paced, deadline-oriented conditions
• Handle the development and publishing of promotional material, potentially repurposing existing content
• Utilize skills in Database, CSS, Design, Framework, HTML, Mailchimp, and Social Media to enhance job performance Requirements

•Proven experience as a Web Developer or relevant role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required.
• Familiarity with database management is essential.
• Experience with Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of design principles to ensure aesthetic and efficient design.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and integration.
• Proficiency in using web development frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in web development.
