Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a detail-oriented HR Generalist in Santa Fe Springs, California, in the Healthcare/NHS industry. The HR Generalist will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, providing guidance on HR-related matters, administering employee benefits programs, and managing HR data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

• Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and inquiries

• Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

• Manage employee records and HRIS data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of information

• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance

• Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies

• Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR department and the organization. Requirements • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS systems

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Ability to administer Compensation

• Experience in maintaining Compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Expertise in handling Employee Relations

• Previous experience in a Healthcare/NHS environment

• Background as an HR Generalist is highly desirable
