The qualified candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and exercise complete confidentiality with all of the work content. This is a great position for a recent graduate looking to get into the HR field! Responsibilities Include: Review and process HR forms/documents Input employee data for hires and rehires, changes, terminations, and performance appraisal information Maintain accuracy of candidate status and information in internal tracking systems Assist employees with questions related to benefits and policies General administrative support for the Human Resource Department Preparing new hire packets Processing paperwork related to benefits, new hires, employment verification etc. Filing, faxing, and copying Other tasks as assigned
