Description
Robert Half is searching for an IT Support Analyst who can assist a retail commerce organization in Seattle, WA. This IT Support Analyst will support an ever-growing environment in a Tier 2 capacity. This position is a 6-month contract with the potential to convert that is 100% Onsite. Apply today!
Job Duties:
Provide support for both Windows and MAC OS environments, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues that arise.
Resolve and escalate issues provided by Slack, email, phone, and manager requests.
Perform basic troubleshooting and setup of AV technologies for onsite AV rooms.
Set up hardware and troubleshoot software for end-users in person and remotely.
Implement cybersecurity protocols at Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels, including familiarity with MFA, antivirus software, malware detection, and penetration testing.
Demonstrate a general understanding of pen testing, prevention, and identification of security vulnerabilities.
Assist with SOC-2 audits as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT support or related roles.
Proficiency in supporting both Windows and Mac Operating systems
Experienced with monitoring and deploying AV equipment – Logitech, Zoom.
General understanding of cybersecurity principles and protocols.
