Description
A midsized full-service law firm in Seattle is seeking a Litigation Associate to add to their team on a variety of litigation matters such as landlord tenant, employment & labor, commercial disputes, construction, insurance coverage and recovery and more.
The base salary range offered is $115,000 - $165,000 for attorneys with 1-8 years of experience. Benefits include full medical, dental and vision coverage with your monthly premiums paid 100% by the firm, unlimited PTO, 10 paid holidays, paid Orca Card, 401k +3% employer contribution, end of year discretionary safe harbor up to 8%, HSAs and FSAs, and additional perks.
The established billable target is 1700, bonus earnings are based on collected revenue. Billable credit for marketing and pro-bono work.
Partnership track and opportunity for advancement
Proven record of strong mentorship to allow junior associates to build their skills as an attorney
Requirements
Active Washington Bar License
Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
1+ years of experience as an attorney in any field of litigation
Strong legal writing
Negotiation skills and the desire to spend time in court/trial/hearings
