Office Team is recruiting for Super Star Facilities Coordinator with experience as a Facilities Coordinator and comfortable with Power tools and ladders! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform light handyman work (Have sufficient manual dexterity to operate various tools, have sufficient physical agility to work from ladders and sufficient agility and strength to move and reconfigure system furniture independently.) Take direction and complete when requested any suite specific maintenance tasks. Examples: Monitor arm and keyboard tray installation, delivery of shipments to internal customers, room reconfigurations for events.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Cover front desk for regular receptionist's lunch. Backfill for receptionist (sick days, scheduled time off, emergencies).
Assist in coordinating workspace assignments and move requests – Moves, Adds, and Changes.
Maintain the highest and most professional level of customer service with internal clients and team members. Assist facility manager when requested with vendor logistics (fruit delivery, kitchen consumables, and office supplies).
Must be able to take and follow detailed instruction for facility manager as well as applying critical thinking when determining how best to complete an assignment.
Capable of tracking daily task and projects toward completion.
Be willing to clear all tasks with facility manager and know when escalation is appropriate. This is not a supervisorial position.
Must know your internal clients – be good with names and faces. Additional Duties and Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Outlook a plus.
Comfortable with the use of smart phone technology and laptop.
Understand and follow oral and written instructions in English, and have the ability to make recommendations within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Excellent listening and comprehension as well as note-taking skills essential for team efficiency.
