Description
Robert Half has a great short-term opportunity in Southfield for a Help Desk Analyst I, who will be responsible for providing first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, and application problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues in a timely manner
• Communicate with users through various channels such as telephone, email, or in person to provide precise support and documentation
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, browser problems, and hardware malfunctions
• Handle tasks related to Windows, macOS, and Linux devices, including imaging and provisioning devices
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months experience within IT Support
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows
• Knowledge and experience in Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Mac OS and Linux operating systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a team environment
