Responsibilities: Manage and design technical and strategical aspects of marketing automation and CRM systems used to capture, distribute, and manage leads. Establish and implement LeadGen and branding programs to exponentially grow sales revenue with new customer acquisition focus as well as nurture prospects through automated CRM workflows and other marketing automation platforms. Establish and implement digital marketing campaigns and other methods to consistently touch, brand and educate existing customers within each market(s) as well as the supplier channel. Development and implementation of the following: SEO/SEM Content marketing, marketing database campaigns, web/online survey campaigns, multiple call to action landing pages, social media engagement, webinars/podcasts, video marketing, electronic brochures and interactive sales aids, multimedia presentations, blogging, and digital ads (display, banner etc.) using company website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and LinkedIn. Create and implement sales content (e.g. slides, case studies, website copy, white papers, info charts, eGuides, downloadable content, etc.). Regularly conduct market research, including industry audit, gap analysis, and competitor analysis. Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and proactively identify the most relevant new growth opportunities and emerging trends for adoption. Measure and report weekly and monthly performance of all digital marketing campaign and initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using at least Google Analytics, HootSuite, Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, etc. Collaborate with sales and engineering to improve and optimize user experience as well as customer touch points. Organize, coordinate and manage all aspects of tradeshow events and conferences which will include some travel as well as developing PR opportunities and press releases. Develop and implement a referral based program targeted towards new customer acquisition. Manage all internal marketing initiatives including but not limited to quarterly newsletters, employee incentive programs, employee recognition programs, etc. Review, report and optimize marketing budget.
