A great company in the Toledo area has multiple opportunities for full time call center tech support roles! This company offers flexible schedules and a great work environment. The person in this role would be responsible for supporting photo lab equipment including installation, prevention and break fix troubleshooting. The ideal candidate would be able to provide excellent customer service to the general public, clients and customers and must have a basic understanding of computers including software/hardware knowledge.
