Description
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join a well-regarded, high-growth company. The Senior Financial Analyst will work to assist in strategic decision-making by building and executing financial models.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Collect and analyze financial data for optimal decision-making.
Utilize finance and accounting principles to evaluate current financial operations and project future revenues and expenses.
Develop strong strategic partnerships with various management teams.
Verify the accuracy of data used for decision-making.
Consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications.
Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
Lead financial review meetings.
Assist in general accounting tasks as needed.
Partner with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Adherence to confidentiality and being proactive towards maintaining it.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience finance.
Excellent computer skills for building and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills.
