Robert Half Marketing & Creative division is seeking talented local Associate Creative Directors to help support our creative and marketing clients with project-based work in the St, Louis, MO area. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years' experience as an Assoc Creative Director role with a background in graphic design and art direction. Our clients' needs range from short to long term engagements and pay will vary based on project scope and candidate's experience. Role may be onsite, remote, or hybrid so local talent in the St Louis, MO area is highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates will be evaluated based on experience and work presented in portfolio. All applicants must present a portfolio.
Your responsibilities:
Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
Collaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
Directing and motivating teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
Planning company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, revising presentations, and shaping brand standards
Setting the tone or the trajectory for a project and managing the execution of the project and delivers all creative assets
Contributing to deliverables as needed such as graphic design, copywriting, art direction
Requirements
Strong background in graphic design, art direction and copywriting
