Description
As a Talent Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment and be responsible for business development with both new and existing clients. Your role will involve marketing our services through various communication channels, including phone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments. You will also play a crucial role in recruiting, interviewing, and matching skilled professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and full-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop business relationships with new and existing clients.
Market our services through phone calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Recruit, interview, and match administrative and customer support professionals with clients' needs.
Manage ongoing engagements to ensure outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
Provide continuous communication and career guidance to candidates.
Participate in local trade associations and networking events to expand our presence in the local business community.
Requirements
BA/BS degree preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or customer support roles.
2+ years of experience in business development in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of success in a multi-call, multi-decision-maker context.
Success in marketing to and closing deals with top-level decision-makers at small/medium-sized businesses.
Familiarity with current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and any contact management applications (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Knowledge of administrative and customer support department operations.
Positive attitude and a professional approach.
