Description

As a Talent Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment and be responsible for business development with both new and existing clients. Your role will involve marketing our services through various communication channels, including phone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments. You will also play a crucial role in recruiting, interviewing, and matching skilled professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Market our services through phone calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers.

  • Recruit, interview, and match administrative and customer support professionals with clients' needs.

  • Manage ongoing engagements to ensure outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.

  • Provide continuous communication and career guidance to candidates.

  • Participate in local trade associations and networking events to expand our presence in the local business community.

    Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or customer support roles.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development in a metrics-driven environment, with a proven track record of success in a multi-call, multi-decision-maker context.

  • Success in marketing to and closing deals with top-level decision-makers at small/medium-sized businesses.

  • Familiarity with current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and any contact management applications (Salesforce experience is a plus).

  • Knowledge of administrative and customer support department operations.

  • Positive attitude and a professional approach.
