Do you possess strong analytical and investigative skills? A local healthcare facility is looking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Accounting Analyst. As the Payroll & Benefits Accounting Analyst your overall responsibility will be to support the payroll and health benefits department by performing a variety of accounting, analytical and payroll related tasks. The Payroll & Benefits Accounting Analyst duties include, but are not limited to: processing payroll, reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger, prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, gather payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and assist the Payroll Manager in preparation for external or internal audits.

Requirements for the Payroll and Benefits Accounting Analyst position include: a minimum of 2 years Payroll Accounting experience, strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel skills and prior experience with ADP, Payforce or Workforce. Payroll and Benefits Accounting Analyst candidates with the ability to work in a fast pace environment, exceptional organizational and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are highly desired.
