As the Human resources manager you will lead a small team and carry out all HR functions for this division in the US. You and your team will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including organizational development, performance and talent mamangment, benefits & compensation, conflict resolution succession planning and recruitment. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years HR experience and a minimum of two years in a leadership role. .
