Inside Sales Rep

Direct-Hire / Permanent position

Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of an Inside Sales Rep to help support their sales team and work with external customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant experience or someone who has an interest in account management/customer service.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting thesales team in driving revenue growth. This position will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing sales orders, forecasting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and explore potential sales opportunities.

  2. Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately and promptly.

  3. Support the outside sales team by preparing sales materials, qualifying leads, and setting appointments.

  4. Maintain an updated database of customer information and interact regularly with them to ensure satisfaction.

  5. Collaborate with marketing and production departments to ensure products meet customer specifications.

  6. Forecast sales trends and help achieve company sales objectives.

  7. Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions in a timely manner.

  8. Attend sales training and continually improve product knowledge.

  9. Conduct sales presentations via phone, email or in-person.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - is preferred

  2. Proven experience as an inside sales representative or a similar role in sales.

  3. Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  5. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  6. Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.

  7. High level of motivation and self-drive.

  8. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
