We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client's team in Sun City, Arizona. The role is primarily focused on providing legal support within a law firm setting, specifically dealing with personal injury and medical malpractice cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for case management, research, briefing, and complaint handling, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough case research and investigations to provide substantial information for cases

• Manage case files to ensure all necessary documents are compiled and organized

• Draft legal briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents for attorney review

• Handle complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction

• Administer claims and liaise with relevant parties for claim settlement

• Use Case Management Software and other tools such as Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize case information

• Perform billing functions to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing

• Manage calendars to keep track of important dates and deadlines related to cases

• Utilize knowledge of personal injury plaintiffs and medical malpractice to provide effective legal support

• Manage and maintain a highly confidential and professional environment.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role.

• Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, Microsoft Excel, and Case Management Software.

• Familiarity with Management System is required.

• Experience in handling Billing Functions, Briefing, Calendar Management, and Claim Administration.

• Skilled in Complaint Handling and dealing with cases related to Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Plaintiffs.

• Must possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Must possess a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Must be detail-oriented with excellent research and analytical skills.
