Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Information Systems Engineer 3 (SAP Functional Consultant - ePPDS S/4 Hana) for a temporary assignment. The successful candidate for the Information Systems Engineer 3 role will join their dynamic team for a duration of 1 year. This position requires expertise in SAP PPDS module with SAP S/4 HANA and a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience. The Information Systems Engineer 3 position is 100% onsite with the office located near Kifer Rd and Bowers Ave, in Sunnyvale, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP PPDS for Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including CSV (Computer Systems Validation), particularly within the medical device industry.
Deep understanding of SAP ECC PPDS/APO, Shelf-Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, and MRP Live functions.
Proficient in Sales and Operational Planning, Contract Manufacturing business processes, and integration across functional areas such as order to cash, make to deploy, and procure to pay.
Strong knowledge in setting up various planning processes (Make to Stock, ETO, CTO) and integration with other planning solutions like IBP, APO, and third-party planning solutions.
Collaborate effectively with peers in other IT verticals including Infrastructure, Information Security, development and integration, and project management office.
Ability to comprehend business requirements from users and prepare and review functional specifications.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PPDS module with SAP S/4 HANA.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
