Description
Chris Preble is working with a Syracuse client of his that has a newly created AP hiring need. This company allows you to work from home one day a week and has great benefits and it's almost never that you'd work overtime.
Your responsibilities
Provide support to internal business partners
Carry out additional projects as required
Help manage full-cycle A/P
Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
Sort, register and store invoices, checks, and other documents as needed
Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
Requirements
Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
