Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a visible role that will support the CEO and senior leadership of a growing, private equity backed company. As a Financial Analyst, you will work on deal analysis, financial modeling, assisting with special projects, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed financial analysis for potential acquisitions and divestitures
Preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos
Assisting in the due diligence process for potential transactions
Working closely with the CEO and senior management to evaluate strategic opportunities
Supporting the finance and accounting team in financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
2+ years of experience in investment banking, valuation, Financial Analysis or transaction services
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
CPA or CFA certification preferred
