We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant for a role in The Woodlands, Texas, in the Oil & Gas - Explor & Prod industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and project scope.

• Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

• Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedule and expectations as needed.

• Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

• Conduct risk assessments for projects.

• Identify opportunities to integrate technology into the business to improve front-end responsiveness, reduce costs, and position for growth.

• Lead the creation of functional specifications for new tool development.

• Create and manage SOPs and training material on SharePoint.

• Communicate with senior leadership regarding updates on all assigned program/project updates.

• Work across organizational structures and boundaries to achieve best-in-class business results.

• Adhere to approved processes and toolkits to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas - Explor & Prod industry.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing Atlassian Jira for project management tasks.

• Experience with Cloud Technologies is a necessity.

• Should have a working knowledge of CRM and Database systems.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is essential.

• Experience with About Time software will be advantageous.

• Must have a clear understanding of Budget Processes.

• Ability to manage and complete Deliverables promptly and efficiently.

• Should have Design skills relevant to project management in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power BI is required.

• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is essential.
