Description Our client located in the Woodlands, TX area is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must have 3+ years of Full Cycle Recruiting experience hiring for construction workers to C-Level positions on a high-volume basis. The talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for keeping a pipeline of candidates and handling everything from sourcing to on-boarding using Paycom. This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 75K plus bonus and benefits working 100% in office.
