Description Robert Half has a client in the Non-Profit industry seeking an ambitious, success driven Director of Treasury to join their esteemed company. This leadership role oversees an accounting and clerical department. As the Director of Treasury you will be planning and directing all accounting operational functions, handling the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems, and leading departmental staff. Department: Finance Position Title: Director of Treasury Reports To: CFO Positions Supervised: Cash Manager, Treasury Analyst II Summary: Join a dynamic company at the forefront of real estate! Seeking a Director of Treasury to manage bank accounts, relationships, and treasury operations. Reporting to the CFO, oversee cash management, financial reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily cash planning and transfers. Oversee reconciliation of treasury activities with ERP system. Manage banking relationships and optimize costs. Assist in securing financing for projects. Coordinate budget development and cash forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial covenants and regulations. Stay informed about market conditions and investment strategies. Attend and present at board and finance committee meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required. Experience in treasury management preferred. Knowledge of fixed income investments and corporate budgeting required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems required. Experience with ERP software preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.   • Well-founded grasp of Treasury Services

  • Practical knowledge of Treasury Management

  • Wide ranging experience with Treasuries

  • Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

  • Progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

  • Strong analytical capabilities and discernment

  • Outstanding technology, analytics and management experience required

  • Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

  • Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus

  • Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
