Top Requirements:

1.) 3+ years of related experience working with telephony equipment (preferably CCM and Cisco Infrastructures) including Call Centers.

2.) 3+ experience designing, deploying, maintaining Exchange (PBX) and VoIP Phones, Voice Gateways, Distributed Call Centers, Voicemail, Auto-Attendants, Automated Call Distribution (ACD) Queues, all Mobility equipment and all voice communication circuits and endpoints.

3.) 3+ of experience with Cisco and 3rd party peripheral applications including Unity, Call Center Manager, Work Force Management, Soft Phones, Call Recording and any other ancillary applications.

4.) 10-15% travel to other branches (approx. 500 staff and 50 branches across the US)
