Accounts Payable Clerk. We are looking to present candidates immediately as an Accounts Payable Clerk Specialist. As an Accounts Payable Clerk Specialist you will be responsible for full process Accounts Payable. Primary responsibility is to handle the administrative and clerical needs of the Accounts Payable (AP) Department. Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; provide compliance with Company policies. The Accounts Payable Clerk Specialist will match and batch code, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience and be comfortable in a fast pace environment. The right candidate must be a self-starter and show initiative. Must have intermediate levels of Microsoft Excel. A degree is preferred, but is not mandatory. Automotive or manufacturing experience with SAP, Hyperion, JD Edwards, or QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. Highly organized, detail oriented, have a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds.
