As the Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for the time and attendance and assisting in the processing of payroll for up to 1,000 employees nationally. The Payroll Clerk will be expected to import, load and reconcile time files from Time & Attendance System into Payroll System. The Payroll Clerk should have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers. 1-3+ years' experience working as a Payroll Clerk within the automotive or manufacturing industry preferred. A minimum of one year in high volume payroll is required. Must possess a thorough knowledge of payroll, multi-state tax, and Time & Attendance process. Ability to establish and build positive relationships internally and externally utilizing oral and written communications. Proficient skills required in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge in ADP, SAP are preferred. Strong math aptitude along with possessing strong detail and accuracy skills. This position is a strong temporary to full-time opportunity for the right person.
