How you will make an impact

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

  Requirements - Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Arguing Motions experience

• Deep understanding of Asylum

• Draft Motions experience

• Previous experience working with trial preparation (visual aids, models, and mockups)

• General familiarity with Litigation Attorney

• Good understanding of trial preparation

• Practical knowledge of Licensed Attorney

• Immigration Law experience

• Litigation Attorney experience highly preferred

• Background working with Law Office

• Earlier work involving Jury Trials

• Adeptness in Law & Motion

• Employment-Based Immigration experience required

• Demonstrated knowledge of motions

• Licensed attorney

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Top notch academic credentials and references

• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
