Description
We are seeking a vibrant and highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our luxurious health spa located in Vista. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coordinating and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a high-end spa environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate spa appointments and schedules efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and maximum client satisfaction.
Manage client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing personalized assistance and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, client preferences, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with spa staff to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure smooth transitions between appointments.
Uphold the spa's standards of excellence in customer service, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
Exceptional coordinating and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
