Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee audit engagements, from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Utilize your industry expertise to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients in the manufacturing or wholesale sector. Manage and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support to foster their detail oriented development and growth. Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop audit strategies, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for process improvement within client organizations. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance audit quality and efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA designation preferred. 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services. Experience within the manufacturing or wholesale industry preferred. Proficiency in ProFx software or similar audit software preferred. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous learning and detail oriented development.
