Overview:

Join our team as a Network Engineering Lead and play a critical role in providing overall network engineering support for a diverse range of programs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, designing, and evaluating various components of our network infrastructure. Your expertise will drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance our current capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices throughout the system engineering life-cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive network engineering support across multiple programs, from requirements analysis to implementation.

  • Plan, design, and evaluate network components to optimize performance and reliability.

  • Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance current capabilities and drive innovation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and schedules.

  • Tackle complex problems and make informed decisions within established practices and policies.

  • Regularly interact with senior management to communicate progress and address any issues or concerns.

  • Manage activities within your domain, including costs, methods, and employees, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical tasks directly related to network engineering.

  • Proven expertise in planning, designing, and evaluating network components.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage activities within a team or department.

  • Mastery of network engineering principles and best practices.

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate sensitive situations effectively.
