Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in the telecom industry, located in Washington, District of Columbia. This role involves scanning physical files, digitizing and organizing files, and correcting any discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process data entries and maintain updated records.
• Scan physical files and digitize them for easy access and organization.
• Identify and correct any discrepancies in the data entries or files.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and organizing files.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the data entry process.
• Utilize strong typing skills for efficient and accurate data entry.
• Ensure files are organized and easy to navigate for other team members. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in a Data Entry Clerk role or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Proven experience with organizing files and scanning documents.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Skilled in data entry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
