Description
Stable client located outside of the Philadelphia Suburbs seeks an Accounting Manager with strong GAAP and payroll expertise. This candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, managing the month end close process, performing general ledger analysis, completing account reconciliations, assist external auditors with the annual auditing process, prepare financial reports/statements, assist with fixed asset maintenance, reviewing accounts payable activities, process miscellaneous invoices, and develop and implement process improvements needed that will increase the internal revenue. We are looking for an Accounting Manager with a solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with implementation of ERP software packages, and the capacity to multitask while meeting critical deadlines.

· Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
· Spreadsheet Maintenance
· Prepare financial statements/reports
· Assist with tax audits
· Coach and mentor accounting staff
Requirements
The ideal Accounting Manager MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
· Supervisory experience required
· CPA preferred
· Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, v-lookups, etc.)
· Power BI a plus
