Description This job is for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Manufacturing field. The ideal candidate for this Help Desk Analyst position has strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. Located in Wayne, Pennsylvania, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary role.
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
Correspond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Requirements - Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
Comprehension of basic networking concepts
Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Practical knowledge of Troubleshoot
Skills in Go
Deep understanding of Production Support
Good understanding of Onsite
General familiarity with Phone Presenc
Earlier work involving video
Proven knowledge of Review
Customer service experience desired
Experience with quality
Expertise in User Support
Foundational knowledge in Troubleshoot Hardware
Training experience
Hands-on experience with Service Desk
Solid understanding of Deploying
Prior experience with Mobile Device
Experience with ITSM
Well-founded grasp of Workstation Support
Wide ranging experience with Communication Skills
Previous experience working with Laptop Hardware
Quality experience with English Language
Solid understanding of A Plus
Knowledge of communication
Technical Support experience
Comprehension of Computer Hardware
Experience with PC OS
