Description
We are offering a HYBRID contract employment opportunity for the role of HR Recruiter located in the West Hartford, Connecticut area. This role is integral to our team, focusing primarily on the physician recruitment process within a large healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad scope of responsibilities, including coordinating various aspects of physician recruitment and ensuring the organization meets its goal to provide equitable access to high-quality health care services for our communities.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the physician recruitment process within the healthcare organization
• Track and manage recruitment processes with high attention to detail
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all interactions
• Work closely with the Director of Provider Recruitment
• Arrange logistics for physician candidate interviews, including flights, lodging, car rentals, and dinner reservations
• Flexibility to work remotely after onsite orientation
• Utilize skills in Quality, HealthCare.gov, Reservation, Onsite, Health Care, Recruiting Processes, Lodging Expenses, and Local Candidates to perform duties effectively.
Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality and Recruiting Processes
• Proficient knowledge of HealthCare.gov and Health Care industry standards
• Experience in managing Reservation and Onsite logistics
• Familiarity with Lodging Expenses management
• Preference for Local Candidates with a deep understanding of the local job market
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using HR software and online platforms for recruitment
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar HR Recruiter role is advantageous
