Description We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing insightful financial guidance, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop detailed budgets and forecasts

• Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making

• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management

• Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement to enhance overall financial efficiency

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting variances against budget and forecast

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and provide recommendations for improvement

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and track progress towards strategic goals

• Lead the development of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, incorporating input from various departments and stakeholders

• Collaborate with department heads to establish annual budget targets and provide guidance on budget management throughout the fiscal year

• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and provide variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Partner with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources, to align financial planning activities with overall business objectives

• Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing financial insights and guidance to support their strategic initiatives

• Foster a collaborative and cross-functional approach to financial planning and analysis, driving alignment and accountability across the organization. Requirements • Must have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis

• Proficiency in '3M' and 'Adaptive Insights' software

• Familiarity with 'CapEx' and 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning'

• Experience with 'ERP Solutions' is required

• Knowledge of 'Accounting Functions' and 'Budget Processes' is a must

• Strong skills in 'Capital Management' and 'Finance' are necessary

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required

• A master's degree in finance or a related field is a plus

• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly desirable.
