Top Requirements:

  • 5+ years as experienced program/project manager
  • Experience with external manufacturing (Chinese companies a plus)
  • Experience working in smaller corporate environments (start-up type mentality)
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and fluid adapt to changes in production timelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and think outside of the the box
  • Strong written/verbal skills as well as strong organizational skills
  • S. and/or M.S. in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, acoustic, manufacturing) or equivalent work experience
