Job Title: Part-Time Project Paralegal with Personal Injury Experience (Very Flexible/Remote)
Job Duration: Through June, with a potential extension of 3 more months
We are launching a new software product and are seeking a paralegal with personal injury experience to help expedite this process. This unique role involves utilizing our team-developed case management software for a couple of hours weekly and offering us your valuable feedback.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize and test our case management software dedicated to personal injury law.
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvements to the software.
Offer your expertise in personal injury law to further enhance the software's features and functionality.
Assist with the processing and understanding of medical bills.
Be ready for possible variations in workload, ranging from very light to moderate.
Ideal Candidates:
Have paralegal experience specifically related to personal injury law.
Are familiar with medical bill processing.
Have a keen understanding of case management within the field of personal injury.
Are comfortable working remotely and managing their own time effectively.
Are willing to contribute a few hours per week – making it perfect for those seeking to supplement their income.
Requirements - Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
Personal Injury Litigation experience
Personal injury plaintiffs experience
Command of Personal Injury Law
Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury defense
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
