  • Strong customer service experience combined with excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications - Certification, a plus

  • Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows 7 operating systems

  • Knowledge supporting Hummingbird DM/Docs Open and Workshare

  • Experience deploying and troubleshooting Blackberries and configuring iPhone and Android devices

  • Knowledge of running and troubleshooting videoconferencing equipment

  • Experience with Citrix and VPN remote access solutions

  • Minimum 2 years of Help Desk experience in a law firm or legal environment

  • SharePoint experience a plus, but not required

  • Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience
