Description
Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Support Specialist to join our clients in Worcester. This critical role involves managing data submissions to third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy, and serving as a liaison between clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, tech proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily data submissions to third-party vendors.
Act as a bridge between clients and vendors for data accuracy.
Monitor and process payroll transactions.
Conduct Risk Assessment Audits and mitigate potential errors.
Handle banking transactions and work directly with clients to resolve issues.
Manage the bank account for issuing employee checks.
Collaborate with vendors and ensure accurate data submission.
Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Payroll software
Ability to easily learn new systems
Foundational knowledge in account reconciliation
Payroll experience desired
Bank reconciliations experience
Manage Vendor Relationships experience highly desired
Deep understanding of Bank Account Reconciliation
Proven knowledge of Payroll Vendor
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Experience with high volume data entry
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
Previous payroll experience
