This long-term contract / temporary to hire Attorney role is based out of Worcester, Massachusetts.
Your responsibilities in this role
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements - Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Licensed attorney
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Commercial Leasing experience
Foundational knowledge in Licensed Attorney
Real Estate Leases experience
Deep understanding of Lease Agreements
Real estate law experience
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
First-rate academic credentials and references
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
