A thriving nonprofit organization in Abingdon, MD is seeking an Office Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and optimize key operational processes, including production, inventory management, quality control, and logistics
Design and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to maximize productivity and efficiency
Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization to facilitate information flow and collaboration
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to obtain favorable terms and pricing
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in operations management
