Description We are in search of a meticulous Sr. Accountant to join our team located in Addison, Texas. This role is instrumental in consolidating real estate and store development reporting information from various sources. The successful candidate will be adept at working independently, possess superior Excel skills, and exhibit a keen attention to detail. This position will be based in-office, five days a week. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.


• Consolidate and revamp real estate and store development reporting from various data sources, including but not limited to SiteWise, Landlord Information, Fran Connect, Oracle, and Salesforce.

• Analyze and integrate data to provide comprehensive reporting solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the real estate and data analytics teams to understand and address reporting needs.

• Identify and implement improvements in data management and reporting processes.

• Articulate complex data and reporting processes to stakeholders, ensuring clarity in understanding steps and methodologies.

• Address immediate reporting issues by analyzing key data pieces to provide valuable insights and solutions.

• Independently manage large volumes of data from multiple sources.

• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data.

• Employ excellent communication skills to explain complex data processes and findings in a clear and understandable manner.

• Leverage skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to execute tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations is required.

• Must have experience working with General Ledger and Journal Entries.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Must have experience in Month End Close processes.

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP systems is a distinct advantage.

• Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions.

• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times is a must.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred but not essential.
