Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Addison, Texas

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst based in Addison, Texas. This role is crucial in our organization as it involves driving financial forecasting, maintaining accuracy in operations, and providing deep dive analysis to steer our financial direction. You will be working closely with our top-tier leadership, making a significant impact on our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial and operational analyses and present findings to both internal and external key stakeholders

• Proactively identify key opportunities and potential risks through accurate forecasting

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts, including Profit & Loss (P& L) statements, cash flow projections, and other key financial metrics

• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data inputs for financial models

• Present financial forecasts and insights to senior management to aid in the formulation of business strategies

• Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints

• Develop and manage long-term financial planning, including 5-year strategic plans

• Drive continuous improvement by spearheading process enhancements and workflow automation

• Support the seamless integration of newly acquired entities in a collaborative manner. Requirements • Possess proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

• Demonstrable experience in Data Mining Techniques

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Skilled in Auditing processes and procedures

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Understanding of Capital Management strategies

• Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting

• Ability to perform KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Reporting

• Proficient in Financial Modeling

• Senior level experience in financial analysis or similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
