Robert Half Workplace Experience Ambassador 2 in Addison, Texas
Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Workplace Experience Ambassador 2, based in Addison, Texas. This role is pivotal in ensuring building spaces are appropriately organized and maintained, which will significantly contribute to enhancing the experience of all parties involved. The Workplace Experience Ambassador will be working with a variety of teams and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Offer excellent customer service to both internal and external visitors.
• Oversee all front of house services and effectively handle incoming queries.
• Assist in the physical setup of events and meeting spaces including furniture, signage, and equipment.
• Diligently maintain and update daily records of space and room bookings as well as keep event calendars up-to-date.
• Lend support to other facilities team services as needed.
• Act as an ambassador of the team, collaborating effectively with other team members.
• Utilize PC literacy to manage daily activities using various platforms.
• Showcase excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate to customers at all levels both written and verbal.
• Display self-motivation with a confident and energetic attitude.
• Exhibit a detail-oriented and organized approach in all tasks. Requirements • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all workplace visitors and staff
• Proven experience in planning and organizing events, meetings or similar activities
• Previous experience in receptionist duties, including answering phones and directing calls
• Familiarity with facility management and maintenance tasks
• Proficiency in calendar management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings or events
• Ability to handle and resolve queries from staff and visitors in a timely and effective manner
• Experience in catering management, including planning and coordinating food and beverage services
• Basic knowledge of PC operating systems, and ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Experience in providing concierge services, such as assisting with travel arrangements or providing information on local services and attractions.
