A prominent class action law firm is seeking a new attorney for their close-knit team. This is a new attorney position the firm is adding due to growth. This firm is regularly in the news for their groundbreaking verdicts in employment and consumer protection law. This firm prides itself on their friendly and collaborative team environment! My team has worked with this firm for years. We have placed both paralegals and attorneys with this team, and everyone still happily works here!
This attorney will focus on complex PAGA and wage and hour class action cases. This position is perfect for an attorney who wants to focus on legal investigations and motion drafting. The ideal attorney will have 1+ year of employment and/or class action litigation. The ideal attorney will have excellent analytical and writing skills. This attorney must be admitted to the CA state bar.
The firm is offering this attorney a very generous base salary as well as fantastic bonus potential and full benefits. This attorney can work remotely 2-3 days/week!
