OfficeTeam has an excellent job opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative looking to expand their career. This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Agoura Hills, California, and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time engagement.
Your responsibilities
Handle incoming telephone calls
You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Requirements
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Collect Outstanding
Collecting Payments experience preferred
Collection Processes experience
Consumer collections experience
Cash Collections experience
Adeptness in negotiation
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
