Description
Robert Half has an excellent contract-to-full-time Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk position available at a very solid Financial Services Company in Aiea, Hawaii. The primary purpose of this position involves varied general office functions, including but not limited to handling mail and deliveries, scanning, acting as a receptionist, telephone answering, and acting as support staff to various departments. The work requires that the employee have good knowledge, skill and ability in standard clerical functions and office procedures. If interested in this role, please call (808) 531-0800.
Essential Functions (to be performed on-site)
To perform this job successfully, candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Performs clerical work involving standard clerical procedures requiring the exercise of some judgment and making decisions within the limits of standard procedures and general instruction.
Serves as back up receptionist: answering and transferring phone calls, greeting customers, updating reception logs, processing faxes and unassigned e-mails.
Handle mail and deliveries, copying, scanning, typing, data entry, and filing
Assist with heavy documentation
Operates a wide variety of standard office machines.
Additional clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
Excellent customer service, phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency (intermediate or higher) in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to handle high volume workload
Ability to work well independently and as a team player
Ability to adapt to procedural changes
1 year+ general office experience
