Description

Looking for a Marketing Manager for a contract only position!

Duties include:

-Organizing the Marketing Calendar

-Works with the school in the development and implementation of enrollment events. (forms, inquiries, etc.)

-Coordinating Marketing Quadrant Team member’s projects

-Recruiting Internal School Staff Members to assist at events

-Reports to Marketing Enrollment and New Business Team

-Spokesperson for social media videos and live posts

-Responsible For Submitting Weekly Quadrant Report

-Collects Data for Annual Reports

-Creates Weekly Blog Content for the School Website

-Works with the building leadership team to develop quarterly marketing plans.

-Conducts Quarterly Quadrant Audits

-Ensure that the schools have current enrollment and re-enrollment forms

-Submits Marketing Requests to the Marketing Manager

-Process EDDM orders

-Work with the office managers on collecting data on school leads.

-Participates in school-level enrollment events.

-Leads the team in reaching enrollment targets for each school.

-Works with Directors of Community Engagement to implement community-level partnerships

-Creates PR partnerships and event announcements for social media and more prominent media outlets

-Works with the marketing manager in inputting dates in the EEG Marketing Event Calendar.

  • Works with the school to leverage satisfied parents and students as ambassadors for the school.

-Other Duties Assigned

Weekly Deliverables

  1. Weekly Quadrant Report Submission:

• Compile and submit a detailed report on the week's activities, progress, and challenges.

  1. Social Media Engagement:

• Post at least one video or live post as the spokesperson.

• Plan and schedule upcoming social media content.

  1. Blog Content Creation:

• Write and publish weekly blog content for the school website.

  1. Team Coordination:

• Check-in with the Marketing Quadrant Team to monitor the progress of ongoing projects.

  1. Event Planning Updates:

• Review and update the status of upcoming events, ensuring all requirements are on track.

Monthly Deliverables

  1. Marketing Calendar Organization:

• Update and organize the marketing calendar for the upcoming month.

• Schedule and plan for critical events, campaigns, and content releases.

  1. Building Leadership Team Meeting:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to review and adjust marketing strategies.

  1. Recruitment for Event Assistance:

• Identify and recruit internal staff for upcoming events.

  1. Data Collection for Reports:

• Gather and analyze data needed for monthly reporting and insights.

  1. Marketing Enrollment and New Business Reporting:

• Prepare and present a comprehensive monthly report to the Marketing Enrollment and New Business Team.
