Description We are looking to hire a Signing Services Coordinator in the insurance industry located in Akron, Ohio. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The coordinator will be tasked with managing and processing signing services for customers through our vendor network, ensuring service expectations and turnaround times are met while keeping costs at a minimum.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the processing and management of signing services for customers through our vendor network

• Ensuring all efforts are focused on meeting or exceeding customer service expectations and requirements

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and vendors

• Managing the signing agent network to ensure exceptional and professional customer experiences

• Ensuring fee management, vendor communication standards, technology usage and compliance, and quality control expectations are met

• Processing, monitoring, and following up on all open signing services assignments daily to meet customers’ expectations and turnaround time requirements

• Monitoring incoming signing services requests and processing them in accordance with department guidelines

• Assisting in setting quality expectations for signing services to meet industry guidelines and customer specifications

• Recruiting qualified signing agents for the network, obtaining and maintaining licensing/background checks/E& O Ins/certification and negotiating fees

• Managing status updates from vendors and customers in a courteous and timely manner Requirements • Proficient in managing vendor relationships

• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience in monitoring services

• Skills in document review are necessary

• Familiarity with administrative procedures
